Welcome to Conceptive IT Center. By accessing or using our website and student/admin LMS platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
Course enrollment is open to individuals who complete the admission process and submit accurate personal information.
Providing false or misleading information during admission may result in suspension of access.
2. Account Responsibility
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account.
Access keys generated for locked lecture content are intended solely for the enrolled student and must not be shared.
3. Course Content & Intellectual Property
All course materials, video lectures, and related content are the intellectual property of Conceptive IT Center and/or its instructors.
Students may not download, reproduce, redistribute, or resell course content without written permission.
4. Fees & Payment
Course fees must be paid according to the schedule communicated at enrollment.
Access to locked lecture content (beyond the free-preview lectures) is granted only after fee payment is confirmed and an access key is issued by admin.
5. Certificates
Certificates, internship letters, and experience letters are issued only upon successful completion of the relevant course/requirements, as verified by the institute.
Issued documents may be verified through our public Verification page.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow students.
Conceptive IT Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for students who violate this code of conduct or misuse the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Conceptive IT Center strives to provide accurate and up-to-date course content but does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. employment) resulting from course completion.
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
